The Brief:
Working for lead agency De Vries + Partners GmbH, who created the overall event concept for this 2 day dealer experience. Our tasks:

  • Creating the driving experience, combining urban and open road routes to show case the car's handling
  • Deliver single hotel and meeting venue solutions
  • Maximise the time on the ground
  • Overall event support in execution phase

Audience size:

  • 90 countries
  • 350 Dealers per rotation
  • 6000 participants

Programme highlights:

  • A meeting venue that not only was the ideal size for the audience with no compromise but also allowed for full production so it appeared the venue was purpose built for the occasion
  • Outside park location in which to recreate an authentic Portuguese experience in the heart of a vibrant city so that the city appeared to revolve around the audience
  • A stunning coastal drive experience
